As often as you wish. We recommend that you edit your information any time you have a significant change in supply chain metrics, trading partners or organization. This will ensure that peer comparisons are dynamic and, in turn, will help you to make better decisions.
You and anyone that you assign to enter your data are responsible for data accuracy. We help in that process by ensuring that numerical information totals correctly. We also provide tool tips at each data entry field to eliminate confusion and interpretation errors.

Yes. Data confidentiality is our first priority. We have set up robust sign-in protocols where only your company email address and multi-step authentication is used. Data is encrypted and requires an encryption key to unlock. The encryption key is only assigned to users of the brand who have an email address with the company’s domain.
No. PeerIQ comparisons are anonymized by including at least five other brands in any competitive set that you select. All data will be veiled by using percentages, ratios, and other normalizing methods.
Yes, but only if you authorize them to do so. It is recommended that you not share logon credentials, but set-up individual user accounts, which provides a greater level of security.
We use the categories provided annually by Nation’s Restaurant News and Datassential. These enhanced comparisons will include menu type, such as burger, midscale, Mexican, etc. We currently provide comparisons for Quick Service (QSR) and Full Service (FSR) ranked in the top 500 restaurant brands. Each brand service format is then categorized by size: those in the Top 50, 51-100, 101-150, and 150+. As our subscription community grows we will provide more comparison granularity, but only after our anonymity protocols are met.
Our reports are available in ProfileIQ and PeerIQ On-Demand. In this way, you can view your data or peer compassion data when you need it.
Absolutely! While we provide basic reports in PeerIQ, our robust visualization platform provides you with many different ways to see your peer companies.
No. The data-based business intelligence products we have designed have a legitimate, procompetitive purpose, and do not warrant antitrust scrutiny. That said, any data collected and disseminated by SCIQ will be properly aggregated and anonymized to provide safeguards against giving an appearance of a collusion on price among competitors.
